By accessing or using our website, visitors agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Agreement. The website is also designed to provide travel information, reviews, and forums to help visitors gain insights and make informed decisions about their travels. Customer: – Any Person who uses the services available at krikex.com platform either on website or Download App through Different platform like, Google Play Store, Apple App Store or likewise platform.
Merchant: – Any individual Store, Shop, Hotel, Restaurant or likewise platform, Who agree to sell their products like food, grocery etc. or Services like Hotel Accommodations, Holidays, Activity etc. through Services provided by Krikex.com on either on web or mobile App.
Krikex.com Partner: – Any Person who wish to be a delivery person from Restaurant, Store, Shop etc. to end user (Customer) on krikex.com on Mutually agreed on terms and Conditions to use this platform. This Also includes the Cab Drivers, Taxi Driver, Auto Drivers etc. Signed up to use krikex.com to provide customer local taxi convince or taxi services in the city/Town.
Mobile App: – Any Person wish to use the services available through Mobile App Named Krikex.com, Will sign up using his email address and mobile number. The App Will Collect user location to provide accurate and available service as per availability at the time. The App will facilitate customer to either use taxi / Cab services or Food / Grocery Delivery Services as per choice and availability of Services in the City/Town.
Website:-Website means hear online available platform at address Krikex.com or https://krikex.com is here available to provide online bookings facility of Tickets of Flights, Bus Operators or Hotel Accommodations, Holidays or activity as per availability through different Partners to the concerned. Here website works like agent between Merchant and customer. Available service is to be provided only by the merchant to customer. Here merchant and customer both are agree to use this platform as per mutually agreed terms and conditions.

Krikex.com platform is not real service Provider for example seller of goods like food and grocery or service provider like taxi / cab provide or Hotel accommodation Provider or holidays or activity provider, But only a platform where service provider provides its services or goods (Food or grocery items) seller sell their products to customers registered on this platform. Krikex.com only provide platform to merchant and the customer and charges the platform fee.

Customer:- a customer hereby agree with following terms and conditions to use krikex.com platform on either Mobile App (Google Play, IOS or others) or Website…

This agreement automatically accepted by user as soon as customer create his account on krikex.com server. Please read carefully all terms and conditions, If you are not agree with any of terms or condition, please do not register on krikex.com.

Krikex.com mobile app facilitate customer to book a taxi ride or to book food or grocery items available in the area provided by merchant. Website generally provide choice to customer to book hotel, bus, flight, holidays, activity as per availability at the time. Any of these services may be stopped or hold for a particular time or permanently for any reason, for which Krikex.com or company does not hold any legal liability.

Krikex.com platform is not real service Provider for example seller of goods like food and grocery or service provider like taxi / cab provide or Hotel accommodation Provider or holidays or activity provider, but only a platform where service provider provides its services or goods (Food or grocery items) seller sell their products to customers registered on this platform. Krikex.com only charges the platform fee.

To use the services of krikex.com you must not be minor but above 18 Years to accept these terms and conditions or of legal age to commence this agreement.

To use the services of krikex.com customer has to create his account on the server of krikex.com through mobile app or website whichever is applicable. Following Details may be collected

Customer is expected to provide true information while creating its account. Krikex.com will process Customer information based on information which customer provide, customer is fully responsible for to change in its account information, if there is any update or change. Krikex.com or its merchant, krikex.com partner will not be responsible in any manner if any damage or loss is caused to customer due to wrong information is provided, as customer is a sole author to update information for its account.

By creating Account on Krikex.com Platform, Customer provide consent to use customer’s data to provide them better services.
The Account Created by Customer is non transferable and can not be transferred to any third party. By creating account on krikex.com platform you are hereby agree to receive communication regarding important announcement, booking updates, Marketing of products, notifications for order and its delivery updates, ride details and its process.
Customer can be blocked for using Krikex.com platform mobile app or website for violating any terms and conditions or any misrepresentation.
The Previous order details can be seen through mobile app or website, where customer has made booking for services.
After each booking customer will receive booking details on his email address and /or mobile number provided at the time of account creation.
Each Booking made by Customer does not guarantee the service supply, which availed by customer, there may be possibility of online Server error, material shortage at the merchant, Krikex.com Partner availability in that area or any other reasons. Please confirm always at the previous time of services if booking availed in advance. If any such thing happens Krikex.com or company has no legal liability in any manner. However, Krikex.com will try to provide any alternate similar option available at the time. Any Money any deducted will be return back to customer after checking the whole incidence for error if any genuine problem from krikex.com server, merchant or krikex.com partner without any interest.
The cab / taxi ride can be booked by customer through the mobile app as per availability of the Krikes.com Partners based on their vehicle type. The app will present available vehicle type krikex.com partner to customer and customer can book as per his choice. The ride fare will be applicable as per vehicle type.
The Customer hereby agree to pay his ride fare either in cash or digital form as per available on the app. The fare may be different as previously shown if assist to follow different geo path from assigned by the server. The customer will pay entire amount to krikex.com partner.
There may be a cancellation charge if the customer cancels his booked ride after reasonable time as provided time to time.
There may be some Surge Charges for taxi / cab ride if number of booking requests are larger than a routine number of bookings in the area to serve better.
A ride fare by taxi / cab will calculated according to the base fare, distance travelled and time taken during ride and it will be presented to customer by the mobile app before the ride start. the base, per kilometre, waiting time, ride time will be applicable according to general fares of cab or govt. approved rate if any in that area. Starting ride with the krikex.com Partner will ensure to fare accepted by customer and to be paid at the end of ride.
For Food or grocery delivery service, only items which are shown on the app and suitable for transport by krikex.com partner can be supplied in the are as per availability at the time.
The customer can rate their order received item and delivery person (krikex.com partner) from 1 to 5 star. Customer can also give tip amount to delivery person to encourage them.
Krikex.com Partner can also rate the customer behaviour and their experience from 1 to 5 star. Going below rating of 3.5, Customer will see slightly high fare as compared to normal until they reach 3.5-star rating. Customer can be denied using krikex.com Platform when their rating goes below 2.0. Star Rating will be calculated on average of at least 10 ratings.
Customer can book their food item or grocery items from the store, merchant etc. listed on the mobile app by the rating of store, merchant etc and their food or grocery item.
Cancellation of Food and grocery items are not allowed when order is accepted by merchant, store etc.
In Food / Grocery delivery order amount includes food or grocery items from restaurant, store etc., delivery charges taxes any levied by Government. The amount can be round off to the nearest digit for proper handling.
In taxi / cab ride order amount includes ride fare and government taxes as applicable. The final amount can be round off to the nearest digit for proper handling.
Merchant, Store, etc. will maintain the quality of food or grocery items and will pack items suitable for transportation.
krikex.com may vary or amend or change or update these Terms, from time to time entirely at its own discretion. You shall be responsible for checking these Terms from time to time and ensure continued compliance with these Terms. Your use of krikex.com Platform after any such amendment or change in the Terms shall be deemed as your express acceptance to such amended/changed terms and you also agree to be bound by such changed/amended Terms
customer agree that any submission made by him on krikex.com platform, becomes property of krikex.com. Customer cannot claim his/her proprietary information or submission.
Customer bank / Card details will not be saved on Krikex.com platform. Whenever customer made online payment, Payment will be done through UPI QR Code or Payment gateway Authorized by Reserve Bank of India. As per latest guidelines Any card details to be Tokenize on the Payment gateway, so that there will be no need to again enter full details of Debit or credit card.
Customer in its submission cannot use comment, language or abusive language which is barred by law. Krikex.com keeps right to take action on it.

Prices:-

It is important for visitors of www.krikex.com to note that prices displayed for the Products and Services are subject to change without prior notice and may not be final until full payment is made at the end of the booking process. The prices displayed may also be inclusive or exclusive of various taxes and fees such as Booking Fee, Hotel taxes, Airport taxes, GST, and among others. Availability of Products or Services can also change at any point in time, which may affect the price depending on factors such as room type, flight booking class, etc.

Booking And Payments:-

The privacy and security of customer information is of utmost importance to Krikex.com. The website does not store credit/debit or any other payment card details of customers in their database or in any data backup system. The payment process is carried out securely through a bank website, and Krikex.com does not take responsibility for any misuse of credit cards by anyone.

Krikex.com acts as an agent for third-party providers and distributors for all products and services purchased through the website. By accepting the products and services offered on the website, customers enter into a contract with the third-party providers and/or distributors and/or Krikex.com. Customers are obligated to complete such transactions and are prohibited from indicating acceptance of purchase if they do not intend to complete the transaction.

In case a user books a ticket/hotel or any other online service using a credit/debit/gift card that is not directly in their name, Krikex.com reserves the right to cancel or hold the service until proper verification is provided. The user must send a copy of the card used, a photo identification card of the person in whose name the card is, as well as the person in whose name the services are being provided, and an authority letter from the credit/debit/gift card holder.

If any of the above conditions are not met, Krikex.com reserves the right to declare the transaction as fraudulent and cancel or hold the service provided. Cancellation charges may be applicable before any refund is processed.

Amendment to booking and Purchase :-

It is important to note that the terms and conditions for amending bookings or purchases may vary for each product and service. Therefore, it is recommended to carefully read and understand the terms and conditions related to amendments before making any booking or purchase. Cancellation and Refund :-

Booking in Duplicate :-

As per the terms and conditions of Krikex.com, you agree that making multiple duplicate bookings for the same traveler/s is not allowed and may cause damage and loss to the company. In such cases, you will be held responsible and will be required to bear the full cost of any damages or losses incurred by Krikex.com. Therefore, it is advised that you carefully review your bookings before making any payment to avoid any such situations.

Product and services :-

It is important to note that not all Products and Services may be available in every state or country, and it is advisable to send an enquiry through the Contact Us or Send Query section for further details regarding the terms and conditions, exclusions, products, and services applicable to you.

For hotels, customers are advised to carefully review the fact sheet with terms and conditions to ensure that the amenities or category of the hotel meet their requirements. It is important to note that renovations at hotels are undertaken at the sole discretion of the hotel, and Krikex.com may not be held liable for any disruptions in information.

For Sightseeing Tours, customers have a choice between Seat in Coach (SIC) sightseeing and Private sightseeing tours. SIC tours may have waiting times at the airport or hotels, and customers are advised to make a choice based on their requirements and budget. Entrance fees at monuments or places of interest are not included in the Sightseeing tours unless specified.

For Airlines, customers have a choice between low-cost and full-service airlines options. It is important to read the terms and conditions/cancellation policy before making a purchase of airline tickets. Krikex.com is an intermediary party and takes no responsibility in case of any delay, change in route, or cancellation in the flight due to any reasons.

For Holidays, customers are advised to read the terms and conditions with inclusions, package itinerary, and other details before making any purchase of the Holiday Packages. If the package is not suitable, the customer can customize the package according to their requirements.

Delivery of Products and Services :-

Hotels – When you book a hotel on the website and complete the payment, you’ll receive an instant confirmation. The hotel confirmation voucher will be sent to your email with information about the hotel address, telephone number, confirmation number, meal plan, payment details, supplier details, and other important information. Make sure to bring the voucher with you to the hotel’s check-in counter.
Sightseeing Tours – After you book and purchase a sightseeing tour online, you’ll receive an instant confirmation voucher via email once the payment is completed. The voucher will have details about the pick-up time, pick-up point, date of the tour, supplier details, payment details, and other important information. You can choose between a Seat in Coach (SIC) tour or a private tour. SIC tours/transfers may have waiting times at the airport/hotels.
Airlines E-tickets – Instead of a paper ticket, an e-ticket is an electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers. You’ll need to provide the printout of the unique confirmation number at the airlines check-in counter to receive the boarding pass. After you complete the payment online using a credit/debit card or another payment card, the e-ticket details will be sent to your email address. If you don’t have an email address, the details can be provided over the phone, or you can pick up your e-ticket from our office or directly from the airline counter at the airport using the unique confirmation number (PNR).
Holidays – After you make the payment online for a holiday package, it takes a minimum of 24 hours to receive the confirmation. Our customer care team will contact you and send you the confirmation vouchers along with the day-to-day program at the email address provided during the purchase. If there’s no email address, the vouchers will be delivered to your address within three working days at no additional cost. Krikex.com will not be responsible if the customer is not present at the address during the delivery.

Third Party Travel Service Provider :-

When you book travel services through Krikex.com, you may be subject to terms and conditions set by the travel providers, such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, etc. Krikex.com acts as an agent on your behalf, but is not responsible for any issues or dissatisfaction with the products or services provided by these third-party providers. This includes situations such as overbooking or flight schedule changes by airlines, or overbooking by hotels. In such cases, Krikex.com cannot be held responsible for any losses or damages that may occur

This agreement automatically accepted by user as soon as Merchant creates his account on krikex.com server. Please read carefully all terms and conditions, If you are not agree with any of terms or condition, please do not register on krikex.com.

To use of services of krikex.com Merchant has to create its account on the server of krikex.com through Website or Mobile App or merchant dashboard, from where merchant will manage all services offered by him. In this section of terms and conditions “you” is being used and referred for merchant.

To create account on krikex.com server you need to provide following details

Full name of Organisation / Store / Restaurant / Mall / Hotel etc.

Key Person Name and contact

Address and Phone number

Establishment Certificate if Any issued by Government or authorised agency

Pan Card of Establishment

GST Certificate if Any

Photo of Store / Business

Type of Firm and related Documents

Bank Details for Payment settlement

Trademark Certificate if any etc.

List of available food or Grocery items or services to be provided

Merchant is a self-Author for its submission. Krikex.com keeps its right to check and verify details provided by merchant. You are responsible for the information provided by you. Any submission made on the krikex.com platform becomes exclusive content or property of krikex.com. Krikex.com will not be responsible for the any loss or damage caused to merchant due to wrong or outdated information is provided to krikex.com. Any Change or Update you are fully responsible to update on your account / merchant dashboard.

You are required to only provide quality material of food or grocery items. Any low or bad quality material supplied through krikex.com platform will create right to hold the settlement and initiate proper action as the case may be at the time.
You are responsible only to provide the same items as order received through krikex.com where you have display food or grocery items. You are not permitted to change the item for supply. Any photographic effect of colours and graphic can be ignored.
You are responsible only to provide food items, made from fresh ingredients and grocery items of expiry at least 5-6 months before if any indicated on its packing.
Krikex.com will charge a platform fee for every booking to merchant, charges list will be communicated time to time.
You will have option to set for working hours for your store / restaurants / Mall in your dash board
You are responsible for carefully check the order of customer and ensure availability of ordered items before accepting it. Non-Supplying of accepted order can initiate penalty charges to compensate to customer.
Pending Payment if any will be settled within the defined period as prescribed time to time automatically. Additionally, you can also raise a request of same. Payment amount will be after deduction charges of platform and krikex.com partner.
Krikex.com services are not guarantee and can be discontinue without any notice, settlement Amount if any will be settled within a week or prescribed time intimated at the time.

You can make advance payment for booking based charges of krikex.com platform fee, when amount below to a certain limit as communicated through mobile app, your service will be kept on hold until you clear whole outstanding on your account.
When customer make a booking in the area where you are at the time, you have option to accept booking within a defined timeframe, if you don’t accept the booking request of customer, any other krikex.com partner can accept the same.
You will be prompt for geo-path to reach at the customer location/Merchant Location in case of food or grocery delivery to pick up, You need to follow the same and reach there to start execution of booking.
To use Krikex.com platform, you need to maintain your vehicle in a good hygienic condition and ready to use like proper maintenance, sufficient fuel for the ride before being active to receive customer booking request.
You can receive customer request only when active mode on mobile app. In off mode you cannot receive any booking request from the customer. You can set it according to your convenience.
The ride fare is to be set according to base fare, distance, ride time and waiting time. These charges are reviewed as per local guidelines and mutual understanding between Krikex.com and Krikex.com Partner.
Any settlement amount will be adjusted according to time period intimated time to time on mobile app. Maximum time is 7 days.
Customer can rate from 1 to 5 star based on your behaviour, Vehicle Conditions, ride experience. Also Krikex.com Partner can rate to customer from 1 to 5 star.
You are required to maintain good user rating upper to 3.5. If it goes below, platform charges will be increased as compared to normal charges and will be restored on reaching on or above 3.5 star rating.
If your user rating goes beyond 2.5, Your account may be suspended for at least 2 months and you can not use service during this time. Star Rating will be calculated on average of at least 10 ratings. You are supposed to keep User rating above 4.5-star rating which will make available less platform charges against normal charges.
You can view daily earning share of you and Krikex.com platform on the mobile app. You can also raise request for early settlement. Settlement will be done considering on easement of doing so, working day or any other related factor
Krikex.com and Krikex.com Partner are working as a partner based on the earning share by the ride or food/grocery delivery, which does not create any additional liability on Krikex.com Platform or its subsidiary or M/s Keshway International LLP.
In case krikex.com Partner misbehaves or not provide proper services like wise taxi /cab ride service or food / grocery service for which you have accepted order of the customer, Merchant until beyond its control, Krikex.com keeps right to take proper action against krikex.com partner.
You are expected to well dressed, and follow traffic rules like, helmet, seat belt, traffic lights as per applicability. If you are not doing, You are self-responsible for any situation happened due to not following traffic rules. In this Situation Krikex.com does not hold any liability.
You will not insist the customer to do payment in cash only. If reported by customer, This can lead to initiate penalty on your profile account, Customer can use various payment options available on the krikex.com platform.
You will not ask any extra amount other than ride or booking fare from the customer. Doing so lead to lead to initiate penalty on your profile account.
You should not cancel customer order / ride after accepting it. The app prompt pickup and drop off details when notification of booking comes to krikex.com partner. Cancellation without sufficient reason may lead to lead to initiate penalty on your profile account.
